They offer flexible ways to pay, a great personalised service and some of the best prices available.

The Problem

The client wanted to develop a full-fledged cloud based web platform that could provide a hassle-free platform where customers could easily purchase the products in bulk.

The client needed a web platform where they can fully manage their customers monthly account statements, manage back orders, customer data, medicines orders and complete control over the stocks from one place

The Challenge

The challenge before us was to develop a platform which links to other two platforms run by the same client through the backend. The feature of integrating the different branches that the pharmacist has, through which they can monitor the sales at each branch. Generating Performa invoice for the customers is a major requirement when it comes to a wholesaler to provide an estimate amount so they can decide whether to opt cash payment or credit payment beforehand.

The Solution

We worked with them to design and develop the website with a particular focus on to ensuring their intended service works smooth.

• We developed a fully functional & high quality cloud based web platform with an efficient management of stocks, orders and customer payments through automatic account statement generation every month.
• Created a 3 in 1 back-end platform for the client to monitor operations across their 3 websites.
• Created login area for customers to create accounts.
• We included all the features, an e-commerce website needed such as;
• Check orders
• Create invoices
• Generate sales/products/customers reports and
• Click and order facility
• Delivery and Returns
• Integrated the registration details and quick verify logo for wholesalers to check the authenticity of the pharmacy.
• The back-end system was programmed using advanced PHP Language and Laravel Framework.
• The web application was developed using JQuery, HTML and Ajax.
• We integrated the Realex /Elavon Payment Gateways, and card payments through VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express to accept payments in a secure manner and at the click of a button.
• We made it easy to securely store and archive all the data fully encrypted and GDPR compliant.
